Dr. Goran D Stojanovic

After qualifying at the Dental University Clinic in Tübingen and working in private practice in Aachen, he moved to the UK in 2005. After taking over his own London dental clinic, he began his dedicated journey into biological dentistry in 2011.

That same year, Dr Stojanovic began training with the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), becoming accredited and SMART certified. His first speaking engagement was at the MELISA conference, in honour of the late Professor Vera Stejskal, a pioneer in the field and a dear friend. This marked the beginning of many speaking engagements that followed, both in the UK and internationally.

Laser dentistry has formed part of his clinical approach since 2012. Inspired and guided by Professor Dr Norbert Gutknecht, one of the pioneers of dental laser medicine and an early mentor to Dr Stojanovic, he undertook postgraduate MSc training in laser dentistry with AALZ in Aachen.

Since 2013, Dr Stojanovic has also been an early adopter of ceramic implantology in the UK, initially working with ZERAMEX ceramic implants before progressing to extensive further training in biological dentistry and ceramic implantology with Dr Ulrich Volz and Swiss Dental Solutions (SDS).

Today, Dr Stojanovic is Principal Dentist at ndu clinic – Centre for Biological Dentistry on Harley Street, London. His clinical philosophy centres on the relationship between oral and systemic health and one simple principle: health starts in your mouth.

Having studied at the same university in Tübingen as Dr Dominik Nischwitz, although their paths did not cross at the time, Dr Stojanovic is delighted that those paths have now come together through the Institute of Biological Dentistry and its biological dentistry certification.
