Dr. Theresa Rodeghero

Dr. Theresa Rodeghero is a biological dentist whose practice is rooted in the understanding that the mouth is a critical gateway to whole-body health. Her approach centers on the oral-systemic connection, inflammation, and biocompatibility—positioning dentistry not as an isolated intervention, but as an integral part of healing, health optimization, and long-term wellness.

Dr. Rodeghero earned her dental degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), where she built a strong foundation in conventional dental science and clinical technique. Alongside her formal training, she studied biological dentistry under the mentorship of her father, who transitioned his own practice to a biologic model more than fifteen years ago. Having worked in his office for many years before dental school, she gained early insight into patient care and the profound impact thoughtful dentistry can have on quality of life. A defining moment shaped her clinical philosophy. After more than two years of physical therapy failed to resolve a frozen shoulder, Dr. Rodeghero underwent biologically guided dental treatment performed by her father and regained full use of her arm. That experience confirmed the powerful role dentistry can play in addressing chronic inflammation and unresolved health concerns.

She has completed a Maxi Residency in Biological Dentistry at Tufts University and has completed advanced postgraduate training in implantology, with specialized education in metal-free zirconia implant placement. Dr. Rodeghero is fully trained in platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), ozone therapy, and laser dentistry, and is an active member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine (IABDM).

Her care model emphasizes metal-free dentistry, zirconia implants, safe mercury removal, fluoride-free options, and biocompatible materials. She works closely with integrative and functional medical providers to support patients with complex or chronic conditions, using advanced imaging and collaborative consultation to address oral infection as part of a broader strategy for systemic healing.
